- 4-6 medium size strawberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- salt and to taste
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and well blended.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
