I find it helpful to write out a menu for the week and it is a great way to stay on budget. I usually write up my menu on a Thursday night, as that is the night we get all the flyers. I am very thankful that our local grocery store price matches so I get all the flyers together, check what is on sale and try to base my menu on the produce.

Thank you for sharing all of this information. I have just started (day 5) of being gluten free/dairy free/sugar free and was finding it so hard to find food to eat that actually tasted like food. Close to giving up...After reading your website....(EVERYTHING) i feel so much more prepared and even a bit excited to continue on this quest. Thank you once again for sharing.
