Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
 - 1/3 cup raw cocao or cocoa powder
 - 1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
 - 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (amount depending on desired sweetness)
 
Directions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a small pot, on very low heat, melt coconut oil until a liquid.
 - Remove from heat.
 - Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
 - Pour batter onto prepared cookie sheet.
 - Place in freezer to harden for 45-60 minutes.
 - Remove and break or cut into desired pieces.
 - Store in freezer or fridge to keep pieces hard.
