- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- handful ice cubes (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
* to keep Cilantro fresher longer, keep it in a glass jar in the fridge with some water and lightly cover with a plastic bag.
