How often do you drink it? Just once?
ReplyDeleteGood question, that would depend on how well you want to detox. For a full kidney flush I would consult a professional. To just improve your kidney and help clean it I would drink this daily along with lots of water and clean foods for a few days. Always avoid alcohol, sugar and caffeine.
ReplyDeleteIt's so funny - I was just browsing your blog and realized that I made almost this exact juice this morning, except I added apple and chard :) It's really tasty!
