Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter, peanut butter, almond butter or other nut/seed butters
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 9 dish.
- In a medium size pot, add honey, nut/seed butter and coconut oil. Slowly heat, while stirring and bring to a boil.
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Pour into prepared dish and place in fridge to cool and set.
- Cut into bars and store in air-tight contained in the fridge.
