Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 handfuls kale
- 1 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 peeled and pitted avocado
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 capsule probiotics (optional-I used Dr. Udo's)
- 1/4 cup water (optional if you want a thinner drink)
Directions
- Add all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth. Add the water if you want it a little less thick.
- Serve and drink immediately.
