Ingredients
- 2 cups steel cut oats
 - 2 cups milk of choice (I used almond)
 - 6 cups water
 - 2 tablespoons organic molasses
 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon ginger
 - 1/2 teaspoon all spice
 - 1 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
 
Directions
- Simply place in ingredients into the pot, stir and set for 6-8 hours on low.
 - Add additional milk in the morning if needed.
 
*toppings: whipped coconut cream, cinnamon, diced apples or pears, maple syrup, pumpkin seeds
