Our cottage garden has really taken off and the kale is just flourishing. Since shakes are becoming a large part of our diet I have been experimenting with kale instead of my usual spinach. The peach and kale combination has been my favourite so far. This smoothie is full of vitamin A, C, K, calcium and fibre.
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe putted peaches
- 1 large handful kale
- 1 pitted avocado
- 2 cups sugar free almond or coconut milk
- 3-5 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
